Construction of feed-milling plant in Kyzylorda city by capacity of 80 tons per day
Implementation of this project promotes providing agricultural producers with qualitative and all-in-one feed, increase of production of fodder and grain crops, stabilization of prices of feeds, increase milk production and weight gain of farm animals.

Project mission: creation in Kyzylorda modern formula-feed plant with capacity 80 tons per day where strain-measuring continuous weigher on the German technology allowing to produce high quality animal feed, due to reduction of milling loss the finely divided ingredients, which representing especially valuable part of compound feeds (proteins, vitamins, microcells) will be applied.
The project will allow:
— to produce up to 20 thousand tons of feed per year for livestock and poultry industries. At full capacity the company will go in second year, that is to say the second shift will be started.
Implementation of this project will allow:
— to minimize expenses of resources for production of compound feeds through the use of advanced foreign technologies and equipment;
— to provide flexible response to market needs and own livestock farming sector with a way of change of formula and production of necessary range of feeds in specific periods;
— to ensure ecological safety of production at the expense of progressive technological solutions;
— to guarantee repayment of invested funds in project made in the project within 4 years and their payback within 3 years from commencement date of feed-milling plant.
Project phase: Project was put into operation on 28.06.2015. Design and estimate documentation for providing of infrastructure is completed. Supply of equipment is completed. The infrastructure was provided within the program DKB-2020 (road map of business-2020). Construction of the main objects of plant is finished.
